In these 60 minute vinyasa classes, students will link breath and movement in these unscripted flow classes. These are all levels classes geared toward building strength, stamina, flexibility, and mobility. The room is 70° and perfect for releasing fascia and lengthening muscle.
Warm Flow 60
In these 60 minute vinyasa classes, students will link breath and movement in these unscripted flow classes. These are all levels classes geared toward building strength, stamina, flexibility, and mobility. The room is 80-90° and perfect for releasing fascia and lengthening muscle.
Heated Flow 60 or 75
The temperature ranges from 99-102° in these purposefully sequenced classes. Students will develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind as they deepen their active flexibility, while putting breath to movement. This class is open to all levels.
Yin Restorative 60
This is a passive form of yoga which incorporates the use of meditation and postures that require little to no muscular exertion. This posture practice uses props to ease into posture and allow connective tissue to release. This class is open to all levels
Kids Yoga 60 (Ages 4-11)
Kids learn basic yoga postures and sun salutations, and get opportunities to learn how to transition from one posture to another. Yoga can help children and teens develop self awareness, build concentration, manage stress, learn to unwind and detach from technology. We offer a comfortable and encouraging environment for everybody to feel welcome, included, capable, and challenged.
